We have tested the system fully since January 2011, but there may still be some issues which arise.

The Blackboard Learn 9.1 Training course and the Blackboard One Stop Shop have been extensively updated. Both contain useful information and advice.
Blackboard have produced searchable help files. These may refer to features which our system does not have but may be helpful, if you cannot find the answer to your question in the online helpdesk.
